We opened a new nature daycare in Kuurinniitty, Espoo, in August 2024.
Nature Daycare Pioni offers diverse early childhood education in a small and cozy daycare center with approximately 60 childcare places.
Nature Daycare Pioni is located in a stunning setting near Espoo Central Park, providing excellent opportunities for hiking and outdoor activities. The children spend a lot of time outdoors, regardless of the weather. The daycare’s activities emphasize exploring and observing various natural phenomena, as well as excursions into nature.
The forest is an excellent playground for children, offering an endless source of ideas and opportunities for play, movement, and creativity. Childhood and youth experiences in nature have a significant impact throughout life. Nature provides a diverse and inspiring environment for children’s movement and learning.
