Daisy is our communication and information channel between home and daycare. We use Daisy to communicate, for example, about events and news from the daycare.
Families use Daisy to send us information such as childcare bookings and absence notifications.

Pilke Omppula is located in Raadelma, Piikkiö, and offers high-quality, child-centered early childhood education for children aged 0–6 years. Pre-primary education is also provided at Omppula.
Our approach highlights the importance of nature. The natural surroundings of Raadelma are unique, and we spend a lot of time in the nearby forest, learning to know and respect the environment. Children explore everyday topics through observation, sensory experiences, and collaborative activities. We spend plenty of time outdoors, rain or shine, and often go on excursions in the local area.

Daycare centre doors open. Welcome! We start the day with a hug and have a chat. Then we gradually start to play.

Breakfast

Small group activities indoors and outdoors.

Lunch, followed by a rest. Some of the children sleep or rest while the others go outside. After the rest, it’s time for quiet play and activities.
