How do I apply for an early childhood education and care service voucher in Espoo?

Apply for a service voucher using Espoo’s online early childhood education and care service.

  • The city will notify families directly when a service voucher is awarded.
  • The deductible component of the service voucher for private ECEC is calculated as a percentage of the family’s gross income in the same way as the customer fee for municipal ECEC is calculated.
  • In practice, the family pays a deductible as a customer fee for daycare, and the municipality pays the amount awarded as a service voucher.
