Families from Tampere primarily apply for a place on the City of Tampere website. The same application applies for a service voucher.

Pilke Playschool Lempäälä - international daycare in the city centre
We are a small and warm-hearted bilingual daycare in the centre of Lempäälä with good transport connections. Playschool Lempäälä offers extensive bilingual early childhood education – in Finnish and English – in a cosy day care centre.
International atmosphere
The daycare has a multicultural and international atmosphere, which encourages children to learn new things from other cultures. In addition to the traditional Finnish celebrations, the daycare celebrates festivals from different cultures in an age-appropriate, general education way (e.g. Chinese New Year, Indian Diwali, English Halloween, etc.).
Diversified activities in line with the early childhood education and care plan
There is close cooperation between our groups and all the adults become familiar to the children. We spend a lot of time outdoors and make good use of the local woods and nature. Our daily routine includes playing, singing and language practice in a fun and child-friendly way.
