The music-oriented daycare aims to provide children with musical experiences, skills, and abilities, as well as opportunities for learning and feelings of success. We also aim to inspire a lifelong interest in music. Our music focus is reflected in our daily activities, with a love for music at the heart of what we do. Here, we sing, play instruments, dance, and improvise in a joyful and encouraging environment.

Diverse Activities Based on the Early Childhood Education Plan

In our approach to early childhood education, we believe that children’s play, discovery, and participation are key, and these are fostered in warm interactions with educators. In addition to music and expressive pedagogy, young children enjoy a variety of activities both indoors and outdoors, as well as on excursions, all in line with the early childhood education plan.

At Melodia, an early childhood education teacher works in a new “ope+” role, where they strengthen the pedagogical work of the entire daycare, supporting each child group. This teacher is also responsible for the pedagogical development of the entire daycare.
