The client fee is between €30 and €341 per month.
The fee is determined based on the value of the service voucher, which depends on the family size, income, and the child’s early childhood education hours.

Daisy is our communication and information channel between home and daycare. We use Daisy to communicate, for example, about events and news from the daycare.
Families use Daisy to send us information such as childcare bookings and absence notifications.
Nature-oriented Pilke Pikkukarhu opened in a new log-built daycare centre in Myyrmäki, Vantaa
Pilke’s nature-oriented daycare centre Pikkukarhu opened in a brand-new log building on Ojahaanpolku Street in the Vantaa district of Myyrmäki in August 2018. Pikkukarhu provides high-quality child-centred early childhood education and care for children aged 0–5 years at a warm-spirited daycare centre with 75 daycare places.
Outdoors in Any Weather
Pikkukarhu is a nature-oriented daycare where children learn a positive attitude toward nature and a sustainable way of life. The children spend plenty of time outdoors, regardless of the weather. The activities emphasize exploring and wondering about different natural phenomena, taking regular excursions, and moving about in nature. Creativity, recycling, and using nature’s own materials in learning and play are an important part of everyday life at the nature daycare. The educators support and guide the children in developing their curiosity and thinking further through various projects that connect different areas of learning.

At the Vantaa Pilke units, we also offer families the following:
- We often go on snack excursions.
- We take annual daycare photos of the children and groups. Some of the photos are free of charge for families.
- Throughout the year, we organize many events for both the daycare and the whole family. Sometimes, we also invite grandparents and other close relatives.
- Celebrations are important to us: we usually hold spring and Christmas parties as performances, and we celebrate each child's birthday, as well as Father’s Day and Mother’s Day.
- Many of our daycare centers have an active parent committee that anyone interested is welcome to join.
- You can follow the activities of our children’s groups on Instagram.

Daycare centre doors open. Welcome! We start the day with a hug and have a chat. Then we gradually start to play.

Small group activities indoors and outdoors.
