GroupsThe daycare client fee is affected by the private childcare allowance granted by Kela. The fee may be reduced by an income-based care supplement; check Kela’s new income limits here. After applying the allowances you receive, our client fee is between €0 and €325 per month.

Sibling discount: €150. Our daycare offers 4 hours of free early childhood education for 5-year-olds, and in addition, the City of Helsinki supports families with 5-year-olds with €160 per month. For more information, please contact the daycare director.

Daisy is our communication and information channel between home and daycare. We use Daisy to communicate, for example, about events and news from the daycare.
Families use Daisy to send us information such as childcare bookings and absence notifications.

Pilke Taikapolku is located in Vuosaari with excellent transport connections, close to both metro and bus lines. Our small and warm-hearted daycare center provides high-quality, child-centered early childhood education for children aged 0 to 6. We also offer pre-primary education at Taikapolku.

Daycare centre doors open. Welcome! We start the day with a hug and have a chat. Then we gradually start to play.

Breakfast

Small group activities indoors and outdoors.

Lunch, followed by a rest. Some of the children sleep or rest while the others go outside. After the rest, it’s time for quiet play and activities.
