The client fee is between €25 and €336 per month.

The fee is determined based on the value of the service voucher, which depends on the family size, income, and the child’s early childhood education hours.

You can apply for a service voucher for a daycare centre on the website of the City of Tampere. Also fill in Pilke application for early childhood education.

You can apply at any time and get started quickly.

Applying for daycare is quick and easy, and you are not yet bound to anything. You can also queue up your application.

You will be contacted within 2 working days and we will agree on how to proceed.

Daisy Family

Daisy is our communication and information channel between home and daycare. We use Daisy to communicate, for example, about events and news from the daycare.

Families use Daisy to send us information such as childcare bookings and absence notifications.

Pilke Sports Daycare Komeetta opened in Vuores in August 2021, right next to the science-themed daycare Hokaus. The daycare naturally fits into Tampere’s modern district, which combines closeness to nature, high-quality architecture, ecological values, the latest technological solutions, and small-town-style services.

Our facilities are spacious and bright, and as a sports daycare, our goal is to offer children the joy of movement every day while inspiring a lifelong enthusiasm for physical activity. Our focus on movement is reflected in everyday life through weekly excursions to nearby and more distant locations, guided exercise sessions, sports trials, and outdoor play. Physical activity benefits children in many ways, helping them develop skills such as coordination, agility, and teamwork. Exercise is also fun and a great way to make new friends.

Example of the daily routine at daycare

The daycare centre schedule is always designed based on its size and objectives. This routine is a general example of a day at daycare. The daycare centre manager provides further information on the routine of your daycare centre.

Daycare centre doors open. Welcome! We start the day with a hug and have a chat. Then we gradually start to play.

8–8.30

Breakfast

8.30–11

Small group activities indoors and outdoors.

Lunch, followed by a rest. Some of the children sleep or rest while the others go outside. After the rest, it’s time for quiet play and activities.
