The client fee is between €30 and €341 per month.

The fee is determined based on the value of the service voucher, which depends on the family size, income, and the child’s early childhood education hours.

Daisy Family

Daisy is our communication and information channel between home and daycare. We use Daisy to communicate, for example, about events and news from the daycare.

Families use Daisy to send us information such as childcare bookings and absence notifications.

We opened a sports-oriented daycare in Martinlaakso in January 2023.

Pilke Sports Daycare Vauhtiniitty opened in Martinlaakso in brand-new facilities on the ground floor of an apartment building on Laajaniitynkuja. Vauhtiniitty Daycare offers high-quality, child-centered early childhood education for children aged 0–5.

Getting familiar with various sports

Pilke Vauhtiniitty is a sports-focused daycare with the goal of supporting children’s physical activity in their daily routines, strengthening their interest in sports and an active lifestyle, and teaching them a healthy and safe relationship with their own bodies and their environment.

The focus on sports is visible in Vauhtiniitty’s daily activities during different moments: in group gatherings, exercise sessions, and introducing children to various sports in a way that is appropriate for their age and developmental stage. It is important to us to create an environment where children are allowed to express all their emotions and feel safe every day. We continuously develop our cooperation with the children’s guardians and find ways to enhance their sense of involvement as well.

At the Vantaa Pilke units, we also offer families the following:


  • We often go on snack excursions.

  • We take annual daycare photos of the children and groups. Some of the photos are free of charge for families.

  • Throughout the year, we organize many events for both the daycare and the whole family. Sometimes, we also invite grandparents and other close relatives.

  • Celebrations are important to us: we usually hold spring and Christmas parties as performances, and we celebrate each child's birthday, as well as Father’s Day and Mother’s Day.

  • Many of our daycare centers have an active parent committee that anyone interested is welcome to join.

  • You can follow the activities of our children’s groups on Instagram.
